They changed it from January 28th to Feb 22. It has to be because it is this weekend they announced it.
There is speculation in reddit they effed up on the sample clearance time and they didn't have enough time to get the business situated.
This kinda makes sense because they were like "Hey we are going to perform live in ATL Ghetto Gods! " To cover up the fact the album isn't on streaming on their official release date,
