He committed the murder and both intentionally and unintentionally between (LA fires, New Years terrorist attacks, school shooting, Trump inauguration) he already pretty much got cycled out the news cycle and he’s gonna rot in prison and I mean yeah he’s basically Harambe meme status in a way. But yeah, no sex, no family, no friends it’s just over.
Intentional in the sense I think largely the MSM began both slightly shifting their tone to being faux critical of the health care system while also not covering him as much.
Unintentional in the sense it seems information moves so fast nowadays that even something like this just seems months ago now

Would've worked out far better legacy wise if he stayed on the run and got away with it. Would've been one of those mysteries people always wondered about and came up with conspiracy theories for. Feel like a lot of the interest/attention died after he was arrested and appeared in court

there are probably a couple of stories people will point to about health care providers not raising prices or adjacent things that happened after, of which people will say was 100% related to this

His lawyer also indicated there could be grounds for a mistrial due to NYC’s Mayor and NYPD talking about the case on the hbo documentary that already came out
they talk about his “manifest” but his lawyer has not been provided any copies of it lmao
