United had a huge hack in spring and shut down/changed a ton of stuff. There was a massive crypto ransom. It was delaying claims processing and payouts to doctors. Some practices were operating with no revenue coming for like two months

I work healthcare and we all think this is fallout or some sort of get back from the hack
