RE2 Remake or 7 imo

if you didn’t like 1 its likely you won’t like the original 2, especially if you don’t have nostalgia associated with it

RE2 Remake is where it’s at

play the original imo. it still holds up to this day

also, the next thing coming regarding resident evil 4 is the VR version, but it’s essentially the same game just with slight adjustments for VR

yeah I tried the 1 remake back in like 2016 and it just felt so outdated especially the way the angles change when you go down halways drove me crazy

yeahhhh that’s how they were back in the day. at least in the 1 remake you didn’t have to use the terrible “tank controls” lol (but i agree 1 is down on my list. not as good as the others imo)

you’d have to spin the character around to the direction you wanted before you could start walking in that direction lol

I think im gonna play 8 after this, will put my new gaming pc to the test

hell yeah 8 is amazing and it also pays a lot of homage to 4 so it’s actually a pretty good choice after 4 for sure

How are you liking it now? Gets a lot easier after that opening sequence in the village for sure

yeah its amazing but honestly not that hard. that first part threw me off because I didn't know I had to barricade myself in the house and stand in the corner

all the hate for the R3make comes from the parts it cut from the OG/the short length of the game. as far as gameplay and story, both are just as good as 2 Remake. playing both back to back is the ideal way to experience them imo
