don carried travis like heavy can't lie he has more hunger in him than travis ever had since 2019
Thread title is pretty hyperbolic but You is a very good song. I wonder if Travis will have something this R&B-friendly on Utopia
L + this song better
!https://youtu.be/89hJPNSNlFMeh its cool but overhyped production isn't nearly as good
that don album is underrated

I’ll always be grateful Don gave us his LOAD. That album is such a vibe and still sounds fresh to this day
It’s an amazing song op spitting
when I first heard this song it was a late night on a Saturday night, everybody talking in the car and laughing. we had just came from homecoming weekend at a university and was having the time of our lives. all the sudden, You by Don Toliver came on and you could smell the sense of wonder and intrigue that this majestic intro inspired in the environment. As the beat dropped, everyones eyes starting tearing up and the flowers were blooming at late night, which is odd because Ive never seen that. when the song ended, the effect was so powerful we saw tall, green humanoids in front of us who invited us into this crazy huge grey vehicle and we slept there for the night.
I never saw them again after that

I don’t know how to explain it but this is one of the most “third to last song on the album” sounding songs I’ve ever heard
