I tweaked my neck playing basketball today (I can't even move my neck to the right) and it feels so good having to rely on some other more damaging or addictive method (e.g. opiods, alcohol) to get some type of relief.

Helps brings down inflammation and anxiety. Great after a stressful day or as preventative medicines so you don’t get as stressed out. If you don’t have stress/anxiety or pain issues that’s it won’t do much for you.
