Having a bad day doesn’t need to weigh on you as much as it does. I get very sad when I am alone, it happens and it’s allowed. It does not discredit my progress and how far I’ve come. I have so many things to be proud of. I now consider myself “happy” generally, but that doesn’t make bad days disappear.
We are only human after all.

Let yourself have that and wake up the next morning w a purpose to make progress
you sure can, and i’ve been there. i can tell you it’s possible that you don’t have to be. although i had some pretty different instances that not everybody will go through
