i mean i think that 21st century is the true ending isn't it? Kinda like Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, but yeah i read it.
i still don't really get why Kenji became so cold and weird after he came back, also they gave no clarification on his reason for being away for so long, did he really loose his memory and was just wandering around?

but i also feel like there was no need to explain everything, like the magic s***, it was gennius the way magic worked in this manga because you never really know if it's for real or just tricks wich gives it such a tension

I took it as him running away from his problems and the ending also casts a new light on his character that I feel make him appear a bit less heroic and morally perfect

we still don't really know if kanna is actually a psychic or if it's just smoke and mirrors

you're right, he's kind of a more realistic character\hero
but i remember the first chaperts of 21CB when they take down the flying saucers and the crew are all together eating, but kenji didn't even join his friends that he didn't see for years, maybe it was out of shame from the fact that everybody was fighting and while he was running away?

man that story is just so poetic/biblical with the way characters and events are setup, what a masterpiece

I also really like how powers are tackled in the story like sure there are some telekinesis powers but I like how it's more of an "aura" the characters have that make them super charismatic

It's amazing, started reading Billy Bat by the same author yesterday and it definitely scratches a similar itch, highly recommend
