Salad as in plain lettuce barely has any nutrition with iceberg - the main lettuce at fast food. Letruce salads in general are mostly for their low calorie. Lettuce doesnt do much - spinach salads are way better.

And then its added with a s***ton of ranch, bacon, cheese etc. etc.

Salads are a joke at mainstream fast food and really unhealthy on top of not being filling nor any nutrition - you are literally better off getting a burger over it.
