He's not really in Thug's shadow imo, he has a pretty separate fan base already, sells like crazy, has his own joint deal with 300. I agree he is undervalued on ktt but its not UNANIMOUS lol . Thug just broke down the barriers for him to have a smooth career. so there's been less extremes in either direction in terms of criticism and praise. That's my interpretation anyway

WUNNA was 2020 album of the year.. and all I hear about is the narrative album being AOTY (by his right hand man). It’s like people just parrot what they see/hear others do and say

its just that he’s really close to thug and they always together and thug is the goat and og so they will always he the father of this
its not like baby was really any close to migos too honestly and thug is literally the label owner so ofc they gonna mention his name first
