I don't understand people who say this. If anything his vocals have gotten crazier

To me he’s been noticeably toned down and less expressive than he was before 2016.

You don’t hear him singing like he did on Wyclef Jean, Harambe, etc.

Wyclef jean is normal thug. And Harambe is just a unique song, he doesn't even have other songs like that.
