has it been explained why Thug was leaking so much last year and hasnt leaked that much in this one?

yea, there was a breach in 2018 that gave leakers access to a few hundred of his songs from 2016, and a few smaller breaches that gave leakers access to some 2017-2018 songs. they leaked throughout 2018-2019, then they mostly dried up.

also, a lot of Thug songs are being privately bought nowadays instead & no longer get passed around

I would much rather just listen to what Thug chooses to release. Like, I love having thousands of Thug songs that have never seen the light of day, but it isn’t good for Thug’s music career.

I personally don’t agree. I love a lot of leaks but I wouldn’t put anything he’s recorded after SS1 that has leaked to be better than like anything on Barter 6, Beautiful Thugger Girls, Jeffery, or Super Slimey. On the same level than, yeah. But not that many of them are. And there are some that are still really good. But on the same level? It’s a small percentage. But that’s just me.
