one of my absolute fav mixtape trilogy’s

SS1 was such a breath of fresh air to me and SS2 was like it on steroids

i remember the shambles when we got pumpfaked “I’m Up” instead of SS3

and ontop of that SS3 lost that “raw” charm that SS1 & 2 had

Rockie Fresh put Otherside on dsp’s

Wayne put D1 & D2 on dsp’s

Thug put SS trilogy on dsps

im on an epic nostalgia run and love being able to add them to my official library

no remaster for the 3rd

only really a remaster for SS1 tbh, SS2 is same files as original just better quality exports (except Raw, which had to change bc sample)

If I have the SS1 WAVs that Tumay posted way back when I'm better off just keeping those right? I don't think SS2 had WAVs uploaded so maybe the re-release is better

just keep Raw from SS2 (save it as “Raw (Might Just) (v1)” or something) and delete the rest, since SS2 re-release is just higher quality

i’m keeping both SS1s, since everything got remastered (some songs are just amplified compared to original WAVs release, others are a bit more different, but worth it to just keep them both)

so i’d retitle SS1 in your library to “Slime Season 1 (Original Release)” so it doesn’t mix up the files when you add the re-release
