Those numbers are for entire discography though.
On top of the weighting of streams, TOP has alot more content out than many (atleast in his class).
If you compare the total streams of TOP vs My Turn for example, I assume My Turn wins. (I haven't calculated it and I doubt I can because only worldwide Spotify + YouTube numbers would be available)
YB's discography is listened to more than his competitors, but his discography is also larger
I do believe an individual album's figures tell more than the artists entire discography numbers because it is more comparable (artist A and artist B album is about the same length)

yeah but i believe a large amount (significantly more than most) of YB streams are free streams, which are weighted less.
Which is why even with a large amount of streams, his album units arent as high as others.
Just because billboard weight them less doesn’t make free streams actually mean any less. Those are still people like the people paying
