Health is wealth. A physically fit body says a lot about a person rather than just "he/she goes to the gym a lot." It's one of the biggest signs that someone values themselves and has a healthy outlook.
Hit the gym folks.

Idk about all that Keto s*** tbh, I'm more of a dirty bulker myself, I just eat whatever the f*** I want cause my metabolism lets me tbh...
All that diet s*** is difficult. I feel like life is too short to be worrying so much about my diet, as long as it's not complete trash.
will the gym fix my posture? serious question
Yes there are stretches and work outs you can do to get your posture in better shape for sure. Working out your back / shoulders definitely makes your posture better. Especially when your shoulders get more broad and you work your chest

thanks so much im going to look into it. What can you say about jogging? Is it something you think is a good alternative to lifting? I'm not looking to build mass really, I like being really skinny. I used to run as a kid and I was always first in my division, then I discovered the internet.
No it’s not, I know some fat people with great jobs
Lol. I'm not talking about resumes for looking for jobs, I'm more so speaking of just generally when people look at you.

But you acknowledge them as FAT... no?

If you have a good metabolism I don't really believe in running / doing cardio. I do it every once in a while to keep my endurance up but I rather just lift. My metabolism keeps me skinny so I don't ever get fat enough to have to run.
If you're trying to stay super skinny then yeah I would suggest just running and lifting light weights with higher amount of reps to tone yourself

Ya like why are people proud of being fat... Like yeah you have a good job, but it would probably be way better if you were NOT fat and had a good job lol..

It's actually difficult for good looking / fit men to get hired at jobs when the hiring manager is a guy. There's been studies on this. A lot of men will find any way to eliminate any "threats" or "competition" in the work place. Fat dudes are welcome cause they not taking none of the women lmao.
Most successful people look down on people who put so much importance on the gym. The majority of people don’t actually care and assume your dumb and waste time cause you have nothing better to do.
