Long story short and very dumbed down

Business Casual stroke down 3 videos by RT, Russian newschannel funded by Russia, over using their content on videos. RT youtube was taken down then Russia flexed their muscle and promised to block google/youtube in Russia. Made youtube change their rules for their channel and basically told the copyright owner to go f*** himself. Guy said f*** it and started a lawsuit against youtube which was dismissed. He promises to push the lawsuit to higher courts. All the way to Supreme Court if needed..
