Dragoncero has cheesed games too. Card has great synergy with shiranuis. Main deck I had problems with is dark magician. Superheavys can go off and whoop you but with proper spells and traps you’ll be fine. Darklords can be stopped with Sealed Tombs. Same with mirror match tho youre at a disadvantage against the grass greener variant

Level aug is easier to get the synchros out quicker but it’s really win more to me. You don’t really need it. If you first turn then you can get either the 8 (which wouldn’t have the samurai saga 2500 boost + samuraisaga -500 atk banish effect on enemy) or sunsaga (which probably won’t have that many synchros banished/grave to really use the effect optimally). To me it’s much better to synchro climb naturally. Take out one legacy for an enemy controller. Enemy controller can still stop plays/win games.

Sealed tombs can lock games. You f*** up a shiranui and then lock their graveyard from tuning/banishing. Lock grave to stop superheavy effect from grave that turns atk to 0. Lock grave to stop darklords. Etc. list goes on.

Find room for Shiranui samurai if you can. He’s situational but can get you out of f***ery with that banish monster he battled effect.

consider running gold sarcophagus too, if you have them.

Going for Melodious even though they aren't good because I already have complete Crystron, Fortune Lady, and Ritual Beast decks as my staples. After that, I'll go back to slowly grinding for Magic Circle and a second Invocation. I haven't really played ranked in a couple of months, but listening to music makes it more engaging.

Currently sitting at 1 Magic Circle took forever to get that 1 smh

You’ll eventually get both. Yugi comes with Dark Magician and Kaiba with Blue Eyes. There’s good decks for both of those so it’s just up to you imo. I’d go Yugi tho

Depends what deck you wanna build but some staple cards are Treacherous Trap Hole, Wall of Distruption, Floodgate Traphole, Mirror Wall.
