probably XL, can’t imagine the cropped look would fit with your frame so best to go with XL.
wait that’s if they’re doing XLs this batch. if you have to pick between M and L tho, definitely L. i’m 5’11 165 lbs and my medium is super cropped, like i have to wear a long shirt under it every time lol
