i think the live versions improve pretty much all the songs on there (vocals are a big part of it)
God Speed for example I think is one of his best songs but doesnt truly come alive in the og version

Yeah that's true I did enjoy all the live versions of early songs on the red rocks album
actually made me wish he would go back and rerecord some of them in studio lol I know that would make a bunch of the OG fans mad though bc they love that "rawness" or whatever

They are definitely more one note than the later records but there are some gems
