His best album (no, it's not NWTS). Classic
People confuse “most concise” with “best”
Yes NWTS is his most concise body of work and one of his best but that doesn’t necessarily mean it is his best work creatively. That honor goes to Take Care and it’s not close fr
Hearing Over My Dead Body for the first time in 7th grade shook me and my childhood best friend to our little cores. It will forever be a top Drake song in my heart. And then of course there’s my other favorites likes The Motto, Cameras, Look What You’ve Done, and Birdman’s epic rant at the end of We’ll Be Fine
such a perfect opening track
So sick that he opened the tour with this
Prefer NWTS but it's still my 2nd fave Drake album.
At the time, I was ironically f***ing with C4 and WTT more and it wasn't until late 2012 when Take Care finally clicked for me.
It's one of and not Drake's most cohesive album in terms of theme, sonics, and style and it aged well.
Early 2010's was a great time for hip hop.
I lost my grandmother shortly before it released and look what you done got to me in a big way
Drake's worst album due to its perceived lack of musical evolution and repetitive themes. Critics of the album might suggest that it leans heavily on a particular sound and emotional tone, potentially leaving it feeling monotonous compared to his other projects. Additionally, some might contend that the album doesn't showcase the same level of innovation or growth seen in Drake's later works, making it less appealing to those who appreciate artists pushing boundaries and exploring new creative territories. However, it's crucial to recognize that opinions on music are diverse, and what one person views as a weakness in Take Care, another might see as a strength.
Shut up
Soundtrack of a generation, can’t believe dustheads used to argue this wasn’t a classic
It ties into Drake not being a “real” rapper
All bullshit
There’s no way I can talk about Take Care without mentioning the legendary run before it dropped .

bruh chat gpt'd "Why is take care drakes worst album" so he could troll
His greatest album &, retrospectively, one of the greatest albums of all time.
Not even MBDTF manages to capture the zeitgeist of the 2010s as much as TC does, IMO. Not comparing the quality of those records, just that.
Look What You've Done and Cameras/Good Ones Go are still two of his best songs and The Ride is still his greatest album closer.
Don’t forget about these too
