One of the cops had a “blue line” flag mask and a neighbor was chewing him out about how insulting that was on video, then someone had a video from an different angle where what’s going on is less clear, you can hear the original neighbor yelling about blue lives matter to the cop and then someone uploaded it saying the person talking was the cops. The Twitter telephone game turned that into the cops getting together and chanting blue lives matter.

They have the potential to since those rubber bullets can get lodged into a person. And if they shoot for the head the rubber bullets do have the power to fracture your skull. They are capable of killing especially at close range, but if it's between a real bullet and a rubber bullet, you might technically have a better chance surviving a rubber bullet than a real bullet depending where you get tagged at.
