That screenshot is from like a split second before the cop fired. There was something going down off camera and the victim came running after another girl who fell down, then ran to the girl in pink and was winding up with the knife and they shot her

Does tazing not work? Theres got to be some other way then to f***ing shoot....

Cops aren’t trained properly and the only gear the know is 5. They are supposed to deescalate situations but all they know is shoot and kill. Would a stun gun with a strong enough charge not out her down without killing her?
