Lets start with naming a socialist country

    CUBA !!!
Incredibly improved quality of life, freed the slaves, drastically increased literacy, rated highest central and southern american education system behind mexico, highest doctors per capita in the world, allows poor people from around the world free education to be a doctor as long as they promise to practice medicine in the poor communities they come from, they even send doctors to the US for humanitarian aid.

all under incredibly long lasting and crippling sanctions that are still mostly in place today. despite the US empire's attempts to choke the country to death, they continue to improve and grow and evolve in many inspirational ways.

The USSR went from a backwards agrarian state to providing free healthcare, free secondary education, a competitive space program and basically ending food insecurity even after a devestating famine and a world war

Ive never been to cuba im not sure if you have either
But im 99% certain if you had to choose between the standard of living in whatever country your in now vs Cuba you’d choose Cuba. And yes the sanctions are harmful but at the end of the day their relying on a system thats proven not as beneficial to the average person as you commies like to think
There isn’t anywhere else on the planet with a commie system for a reason
