Seeing idiotic Trump supporters calling the Truth post fake - as if they for some reason can't handle the possibility of it being real and as if they haven't been making excuses for a decade now about even WORSE rhetoric he throws out there.

Well thankfully now we have him on video basically saying the same thing
I’m thinking parents dropped the news that he was not going to be in the will

From the reporting I’ve seen, it looks like he has been living with his parents and was still addicted. Some people have said that they were trying to do an at home rehabilitation because he didn’t want to go back to rehab. It sounds like his addiction has been ongoing and relevant to the case.
That's fair enough. Would have been nice if any of that information was included in the initial articles about the case instead of forcing us to do our own research, but if it's relevant, it's relevant.
What is he (currently) addicted to?
When Harry Met Sally is one of my all time favorites, I always assumed it was one of those “oh this is pretty good for an older movie” kind of watches. Finally got around to watching and then I really understood why nearly every romcom since has had to riff on it.
Rest in peace
It’s magic, so beautiful and intimate
It's not relevant to the story unless there's evidence presented that it was relevant. Has he been d*** tested? What were they fighting about when the murder took place? As of now, People is unnecessarily inserting a moral panic into this story to ragebait boomers.
This is just typical programmed defense, you’re basically just the opposite of the moral panic. The response to moral panic has been widely to fully dismiss all potential issues which has been just as harmful and stupid. I almost feel like the moral panic people of the 90s were just an easy enemy to unite us all against against censorship or
Now if anybody brings up the influence of d**** or media they are labeled as just silly moral panic Karens
So it’s that much easier to ignore societal problems
You’re so afraid of being a boomer that you’ve become a mirror image of one, desperate to prove them wrong, so that you can enjoy your precious d**** and violent sexualized media guilt free.
we really have a sitting president offering open harassment as a consolation to brutality murdered citizens of his own country like what the f*** is happening
I can almost recall him doing something similar but it’s just so much you cant keep track of this s***
The President of the United States of America, ladies and gentlemen
His corebase basically saying “lol its f***ed up but charlie kirk”
I never realized what a run he had right at the start – he had 6 straight heaters and The Sure Thing was a modest hit

My post stemmed from an expectation of journalistic integrity after two years in college studying journalism, not reactionary hedonism.
I think it's objectively problematic and ultimately sloppy journalism to drop someone's history with d**** into a story without establishing relevance by connecting it to the present situation (pattern of behavior when inebriated, failed d*** test, highly public relapse). The article(s) weren't very well written and led to a lot of hand-wringing about an issue that the author had tenuously connected to the case.
No need to make it personal.
Don’t make thread about Trump man that’s exactly what he wants
It’s sad America has become a country where depending on where you lean politically depends on whether you can mourn or laugh at the dead.
RIP Rob, When Harry Met Sally is one of my favourite films.
