All ill say is that whoever is in charge of all this f***ed up big time. Im living here in dc and one of the girls had already been arrested for carjacking, they said "man it's a major mistake that we let her go and it won't happen again" and now they're basically letting her go. I'd bet kids ard going to go crazy with carjackings now that they know that even if they kill someone, there won't be consequences.
