    200k is a down payment for a mortgage on a 1M house.

    By the time you finish paying up the mortgage and say the house has increased in value, you're at about 2.5M to 5M.

    I'll take the coin flip. I can earn 200k, I can't earn 40M, let alone instantly.

    If you don’t have the mental capacity to see why the 200k is better you’ll probably blow the $40m anyway and end up with less than the guy with $200k

    But with a flip you can pay off your whole relatives and friends loans and still never have to work a day
