Dr FyaskHOI do this pretty much too. I’m not too strict about it but I usually eat around 11 and then have a snack at 9ish to end my day
I cheat with alcohol after the window tho
I'm good at night after dinner, but some mornings I just need to eat a little early.
Usually I'm good though.
