trial time means crime time
He’s definitely gonna be declared innocent if you’ve seen anything from the trial. From a more personalized standpoint it’s almost undeniable he was clearly anti-riots and showed up with less than honest intentions, but from a legal standpoint in terms of the specific charge of the shooting the case against him is basically already as good as over, the key prosecution witness basically admitted to perjury like 5 times over and the prosecution can’t mount any actual case against him. He should get a charge for inciting/disturbing the peace and misdemeanor for breaking curfews, but from a legal standpoint the murder claims are all but overturned. Lots of fake news and bias all over from this one on both sides of the political spectrum. Kid seems scummy and is gonna be held in high regards by certain people for sure but the legal process here is telling a different story than right wingers wanna to admit themselves too.

awaiting the verdict but it is looking that way or at least a mistrial.

Yeah, still could be a surprise verdict. Wouldn't be surprised about mistrial though given the way the prosecution has treated the case.
