This really is a criticism for criticisms sake.

She's there as a nominator to introduce Bernie. All nominators are getting 60 seconds.

She's a first-term junior House member in a deep-Blue state running an uncontested race. Out of 232 Democratic Representatives, only 5 are speaking. And 3 of them have been in Congress for more than fifteen years.

More important than perceiving this as sidelining progressives is the fact that she and Warren have had significant policy-making influence on the Biden campaign. She's co-chairing their joint task force on climate change and has had a number of her recommendations adopted.

Taking this as a snub is an incorrect way to look at it, it's an acknowledgement that really wasn't mandatory nor expected by any measure.
