The strikes called for an increase in pension payouts but likely only for tier 1 teachers on the eve of retiring

This is going to throw the city into even more debt and only so selfish old folks can game the system for themselves and manipulated it to look like a noble cause. Honestly made me really skeptical of unions but more an issue with bad leadership
