bloomberg is by all appearances equally as racist, has undeniably caused more harm to black communities, and is far more competent at employing his racism

i’d rather have this bumbling fool in the white house and not this evil calculating oppressor of minorities

Imagine the economy tanking under Bloomberg

He’d set us up for a decade of trumps

"...Sanders’ national number to drop even after he won, albeit narrowly, in Iowa and New Hampshire because only the most progressive of the party’s base will support an avowed socialist for president who will take away private health insurance, abolish border control and put voting booths in prison."

“I believe Trump should not seek a second term unless he will change the way he treats people and talks to people,” Cooperman said. “Trump has every reason to take a victory lap — unemployment for everyone and minorities are at a record low, there is constructive dialogue with China, and the stock market is booming.”

i dont buy this narrative of trump as a bumbling fool, even if it was true its not like he doesnt surround himself with conniving evil human beings who are very good at what they do

either way, Bloomberg has a longer rap sheet of abuses against minority communities and plenty of tapes of articulated thoughts on why poor people are to blame for everything. if he’s given the audience the presidency provides he could be much more persuasive to dumb liberals as to why we should neglect those peoples

This race is pretty much between Bernie and Bloomberg now.

hey at least if its bloomberg itll be way easier to get people to vote for the progressive third parties, for once

    Bernie 2020

Knowing how corrupt and racist America is, like how Australia seems to be. The people running our country are trump wannabes. I hope he can actually try and change it around..

I agree with all his policies. Especially with helping minorities in America and actually investing and trying to help the lower working class.

Although I'm not getting my hopes up as I wouldn't be surprised if trump gets reflected knowing how racist racist some Americans are and also the institutional racism. It's sad reading and watching documentaries about americas history

There is no way people should go hungry or die even due to not having access to healthcare..

How people can think he is radical due to his politicies, I cannot comprehend it.

    I. Wish I could vote Bernie.

Sorry for the wall of text, but how do people use Bernie's age against him? What does age have to do with being a president, if youre a genuine person who actually wants to help people and protect the environment

Helping people and the environment should be the standards of being a president or prime minister of a country.

they use it as an attempt to slander him without coming at any of his policies as they aren't able to do that really

the one thing they could really come at him for (I'm referring to moderates when I say "they") is something that would be extremely hypocritical, that being some of his more imperialistic opinions and some votes he's made in the past regarding imperialism, as those same people most likely hold those same imperialistic values, if not much worse values

I was talking to one of my close friends last night and he was fully bought into the “If Bernie gets elected we will have to wait months to go to the hospital to fix a broken arm” narrative. Misinformation is still king y’all.

    Texas primary:
    Biden 22, Sanders 24, Warren 15, Bloomberg 10, Buttigieg 7, Klobuchar 3, Yang 6, Gabbard 2

Sanders 14 points up on Bloomberg

Edit: But in Florida Bloomberg is at 27, Bernie at 10

I mean, he would be the oldest president to ever take office. Trump being currently the oldest to take office at 70, and if Bernie wins he will be like 79 by the time he takes it.

idk what that image is supposed to be but basically u can google the trend unemployment was on during obama presidency and if u compare it to trump it’s literally following the same trend (if not worse)

so yes technically it’s “lower” than when obama was in office but he didn’t actually do anything substantial to help that, despite all his bluster. he’s riding obama’s coat tails and hopes no one notices

edit: nvm just reread ur post, yeah following the recession (which is when unemployment was highest of recent years) it has been steadily falling. however there are plenty more “bubbles” on the rise and i wouldn’t be surprised if one pops here soon

I think something like a broken arm will be handled immediately but there will definitely be situations where we'll have to wait significantly longer. I have 2 canadian friends who tore their ACL and both had to wait months to have their surgery
