She has actually declined to participate in the debate, which doesn't make sense to me personally, but I guess she has her reasons.

She declined because she knows she isn’t going to make it, just like she “declined” before when it looked like she would miss the cut, and then opted back in the week of the debate after she met the criteria.

I don’t support Tulsi. I’m Bernie only, I just liked her on the debate stage s***ting on the establishment on public television and if I had a gun to my head should would have been my second choice. She has all the right enemies.
