The debates haven't really focused on it either. Many candidates have said they're for it then backed away completely off-stage or elaborated that the ways in which they support it are designed to fail. With the field narrow, and Warren maybe dropping out, the time for Bernie to focus on Biden and clarify where they break is now. It would seem the broken field that allowed Bernie to lead also helped obscure Biden. Look at all the candidates who've already received the third degree and no longer matter with their support firmly behind him.

for the same reason Bloomberg seemed to be doing marginally well when he entered - all these people who have dropped out basically all had “their moment” during the cycle and then they proceeded to rip each other to petty pieces and BLEED money in the process. kamala, pete, warren, etc.

all bloomberg did was wait until the field was clear enough and blast in like a train (using his money and ads, ofc) But when he effectively imploded after “his moment,” he sunk Pete and Amy down with him (even before any of them officially dropped out)

so that just cleared the entire “centrist” field while Biden catapulted off SC, having not taken any real hits prior from people (outside of from Trump, but also it’s worth noting the “impeachment” s*** was over by the time Biden came back) he almost pops up as a “fresh face” but also having the benefit of the Obama connection in ppls frame of reference (despite REALLY knowing nothing about him not related to Obama)

She got a single delegate, which is all that’s required to be on the stage. Theyll likely change that rule though.
