If Bernie tried his hardest to expose the democrats, he would’ve gone out like tulsi. The opinions of the ktt dwellers, redditors, and twitter users who wanted him to do it have no bearing in actual politics

Tulsi has no where near the support that Bernie has. Trump had people behind him, all he had to do was destroy every candidate and he did. They loved him for it still besides Jeb and the bushes

unfortunately at this time, even legitimate gripes at democrat establishment make you seem like a conspiracy theorist

but MOST IMPORTANTLY, these democratic boomers DO NOT want to feel as if they have somehow been complicit in corruption or voting for pieces of s*** countless times over the years. it’s one thing to call out corruption in “government.” f***, the democrats just spent the last 4 years PROCLAIMING IT EVERY CHANCE THEYVE HAD.

Which is ESPECIALLY why in this current election possibly the worst thing Bernie could do right now is paint an actual picture of what the democrat party truly is, outside of alluding to it.

there’s a reason Bernie has been keeping it to “the billionaires” and not specifying that plenty of that same corrupt monolith happens to “vote blue.”

that’s because everyone hates republicans, even republicans. that’s part of the reason they vote for them tbh

People aren’t stupid for voting for their own self interest idk how people don’t understand this.

Idk im starting to become more left leaning on self interest voting. I get voting for what you want, but when the corrupt system is blatantly hurting everyone in general... idk man.

LOL at blaming anyone other then Bernie for not exposing Biden.

You will come up with every excuse in the book but won’t put any blame on Bernie.

i think in general bernie's been light to attack really anyone this primary compared to 2016. like the Nevada debate was probably the first one that felt like he was willing to be aggressive toward the field

the democrat voting base and the republican voting base are completely different

y’all think the democratic base, who just spent the last 4 years painting Trump and the republican party as literally hitler, want to be told how corrupt their own party is ?????

    y’all are so foolish @Ochocinco @M_Cohen

like i get y’all desire for him TO do it, i think it’d be satisfying too, but it literally makes NO SENSE

Tulsi wasn’t polling at oblivion until after she came after Kamala. And it wasn’t backlash from the nonexistent Kamala supporters, it was the fact that Hillary came out and called her a Russian asset. If Bernie has actually gone heavy at the democrats they would’ve unanimously called him an enemy. And despite what unaware internet people think, the words of other candidates have strong effects on the voters actions

  • Mar 4, 2020

the democrat voting base has used the last few decades to pat themselves on the back like super heroes, and you want bernie to tell them they’ve all been fools this whole time and to get on board the socialist train ????? i’m floored people really think this a viable strategy to win the DEMOCRATIC NOM for bernie

    nah it makes complete sense.

bernie and trumps bases are more alike than they are different. To court the moderates you just gain momentum and then they follow along due to groupthink. most people just want a fighter at the end the day, or at least someone that seems like they are fighting for them

he has a huge base of support. he could go on the offensive like trump had to with the republican establishment but he's not

Republicans are conservatives who hate “big government” that translates to them not caring about most government officials also they don’t care if trump hurt their feelings. Democrats run on a platform of being nice, that’s why they want stuff like amnesty for illegal immigrants and criminal justice reform. The trump tactic wouldn’t work on any democrats, liberals aren’t going for the bullying. That’s why for the last 2 elections, the clear establishment candidate has been doing so well among voters, no rigging necessary

yes, court the moderates in a “blue no matter who” climate, where all literally everyone, even the candidates themselves, say matter is BEATING TRUMP - by telling them they also been part of a corrupt establishment

democrats DONT CARE about anything right now other than beating trump, and certainly don’t want a large part of their primary issues to be about self examination

y’all wild. AFTER the nom is maybe one thing but to act like Bernie is poised in anywhere near similar of a position Trump was is foolish

I get it, I’m starting to feel that way too.

I still can’t label someone as stupid though. Evil/Bad probably but you can’t call someone stupid for voting in their own interests. It just doesn’t make sense

Trump is a republican who was primarying in a party that doesn’t pride itself on kindness. The whole conservative agenda is focused on smaller government roles and working hard to get what you want and less handouts for the lazy. Democrats are all about acting nice to minorities and the poor, so Bernie being a bully like trump wasn’t would just turn off liberal voters. Also democratic voters are generally more educated than republican ones so they’re not going for the aggression

I mean a lot of his supporters are childish. But yeah bernie himself has been just as “hostile” as anyone else running. In fact, he’s even been nicer than some
