If she gets Bernie's vote + Women's vote + Latino vote hard to see her take a L.

Think of it like this: she’s not getting the entire Bernie vote because aside from being young people, they’re also working class white people who appreciate being put on the spotlight for their class instead of their race. Idk if AOC can lock them in. It seems in order to win a general, you need to win the primaries first. Given how much older people participate over young people, and the fact that she might do even worse among older people than Bernie, her chances don’t look to strong. If she can get the black vote, she may have a chance, but she won’t get it if a black person runs, or if a biden Democrat runs. But when it comes to the general, idk if the white conservative coalition + independents who sometimes vote republican would be weakened enough to see her win

i hate to say this but biden's performance tonight was way better than expected. his only mission was to not get his little behind completely handed to him by bernie, and wellll... mission accomplished 🤷🏼

honestly i agree. dementia didnt set in, maybe he popped some special pills before lol.

Who do you think will be her biggest moderate rival if Biden loses?

Kamala (who would win the black vote, as cop like as she is)
Andrew Yang, if he does end up winning mayor of New York and getting actual relevancy, could be like a new Obama. He could cater to both progressives and the more moderate base
Elizabeth Warren would get some of the progressive vote and most moderates would pick her over AOC
I think AOC could beat Pete though, I don’t see him ever winning the black vote, and she’d probably get the Hispanic vote too.

The thing is AOC isn’t as popular or well liked as Bernie so it’s hard to see if his base purely translates into hers

She will still be extremely inexperienced. I wouldn’t say she is more electable than Bernie at all. Bernie’s record over all of these years is a major driving force behind his support.

    'extremely inexperienced'

sir, who is our President rn?

states are still holding primaries rn

some of them called it off but honestly this prolly the best optics for bernie - i am imagining most early and mail in ballots are for Bernie. old people LOVE going to vote the day of the election bc it gives them something to do and they have no reason to early vote bc their schedules are only ever completely open (sans corona virus, ofc)

so for the few states still doing them, of the ones who postponed them but may tally early voting in the meantime, i’d imagine the media will have to report it and likely have to say bernie seems to be winning these states (given the metrics we have)

    i hope

idk how y’all felt about last night but knowing how bernie been, that was about the absolute best performance we could’ve asked for

this man called him corrupt and laid out bidens record and lies on the cutting room floor for all to see - if the america people don’t care after that, it is not bernies fault and we shouldn’t act like such. man did all he could at this point and now it’s up to the american people to call bullshit, bullshit (i know, i know)

Joe Biden was eviscerated on live television...
I went into this election extremely wary of Bernie Sanders but over time, and especially last night, I started seeing how consistent and clear Bernie's vision is, and how low his tolerance for bullshit is. He wants to be the president so he can help people and make America the best it can be, for everyone.
