Looking like the deepest top 5 since the 2003 NBA Draft (or probably ever)

If you are part of the Tank, discuss our soon to be riches

    Cade

    Mobley

    Green

    Kuminga

    Suggs

    Sharife > Suggs !

I see a lot of Jaren Jackson Jr. in Evan Mobley.

I also see a lot of Jaylen Brown in Jonathan Kuminga.

I can see that, but Kumingas strength tho >>>

I don’t understand why more teams aren’t tanking... short season anyway, legendary 2021 draft class

  • Feb 17, 2021

This draft seems really deep. I’m hoping the Pelicans stop winning and just embrace the tank. Get Jalen Green, Kuminga, or Moses Moody

    Warriors getting Kuminga

Just saw that you wrote this because the Timberwolves had the Warriors pick.

    T Wolves such trash

Kuminga is playing his way into the top 3 tho, and from what I understand, the t wolves keep the pick if it’s in the top 3

What Evan Mobley is doing to get USC to have an 18-3 record given the extremely lackluster talent around him is insane. He’s a monster. Cades amazing, but Mobley is just in a different dimension imo

The only area that you can critique Mobley on is his strength, and that’s so much easier to improve than ball handling, passing, shooting, scoring in the paint, shooting free throws, playing defense on the perimeter, shot blocking...and Mobley does all of those exceptionally well

  • 2 GOAT candidates came from 2018

  • Feb 22, 2021

    Mobley looks f***ing insane.

  • Feb 23, 2021

Everyone’s talking about Kuminga, but Green is quietly averaging 17 points on 50% fg and 37% from 3. And he’s going against hungry older vets on D, not scrawny D1 kids that will never make it to the league like Cade and Mobley and Suggs

  • Feb 23, 2021

Jalen Green so good. Reminds me of a young McGrady

  • Feb 24, 2021

Bulls decided to be middle of the pack this season. Smh

  • Mar 9, 2021

I'm so heated at how much disrespect that Green has been getting in mock drafts

The combination of speed/quickness, athleticism, ball handling, shooting, and size that he has is WILD (as seen in these highlights from his final game of the G League season where he drops 30)

  • Mar 9, 2021

People putting guys like Scottie Barnes, Jalen Johnson, and Springer above him make me sick

  • Mar 23, 2021

Evan GOATley going to work tonight

  • Apr 4, 2021

Bump because this draft is seriously insane

  • Apr 4, 2021

As much as I hate Suggs for knocking us out, I have so much respect for him and what he did tonight.

I truly do not envy the job of any GM picking #1 this year. If you miss, there could potentially be 4 other players that go right after that could be HoF’s

In case anyone needs any reminder what's at stake tomorrow, peep those vids to see why these 5 guys are truly the best top 5 of all time.

Here's my guess for bust potential:
    1) Cade - Very low. He's got such a high IQ and great leadership skills to go with great basketball skills. He's just such a safe pick.
    2) Mobley - Possible. He's got a huge amount of room to grow, so that's why his floor is pretty low. BUT (no exaggeration) his ceiling is as high as ANYONE in the last 20 years, no cap. Literally every skill imaginable for basketball Mobley has the ability to get very good at, and he's 7 foot.
    3) Jalen Green - Possible, but very low. Extremely hard to see him ever falling off from a scoring perspective, he's just too good already and can score in a variety of ways. The question is how much better can he get at it, and how good of a playmaker and defender can he be as well.
    4) Jalen Suggs - Possible. It basically all depends on his ability to become a better shooter. His playmaking, defense, and driving ability are already phenomenal.
    5) Kuminga - Highest by far. Super high ceiling, super low floor. All depends on his ability to refine his game.

The one thing that should stand out about all of them is their ceilings are all mega high. They could all go #1 in any given year.
