Well time keeps moving. The sooner you learn that (and like really learn it, and conceptualize it not just be like "well duh lol!!!"), the sooner you can get to building your life up.

One day you'll be in your 40s, working some s*** ass entry level job because your parents won't be around to support you any longer, and youll have basically no credentials from either job hopping between other entry level jobs, or just being unemployed, and you'll wonder how things are so wrong and unfair. You'll notice people your age in crazy positions like CEOs, big time engineers, lawyers, managers in charge of big stuff that get paid really well and have very fulfilled lives, and you'll wonder even more about how this happened and why you couldn't do it.

Then you'll be 60, still working those s***ty jobs, but now you're older and less capable. You may have health issues that need addressed, but you can't address them because you either have poor insurance, or you can't afford to see a Dr. Because your job isn't that lenient about giving you time off when you need it, or you can't afford it, or whatever.

At those points in your life, it's basically too little too late to do anything about it. There's no career program for 50 year olds. You get all that s*** figured out in your 20s or 30s, or you're f***ed. Plain and simple.

I would implore you to go work at a factory so you can see first hand the types of people I'm talking about. People stuck in a cycle of mediocrity and refusing to see a way out. Don't let that be you forever!!!

    What should I do rn

    • make a resume
    • use indeed/linkedin/glassdoor etc. and apply for very entry level jobs
    • go for walks outside everyday or the gym if you're up for that
    • find a hobby with other people

at the minimum, just go for a walk outside everyday and make a basic resume

    Depends on location

If you live in a city/state with free CC at that age, take it and maybe get a side job. In my state there's a lot of programs for this but I think you have to be 25

Or start with a factory job with benefits cause you'll need that in under a year

Or learn coding/it stuff/Excel or whatever to then get some entry level job like data entry which apparently pays around 23/hr in my area starting off

@op Yes, there's really no answer other than the universal "find what you like and hustle hard for it". Hustle hard means going above and beyond doing stuff you don't want to do in order to eventually achieve something. It can be to figure out an issue at work, putting in extra hours whenever you can, going to school, etc.

Basically if you show that you care (enthusiastic to provide solutions), in like most situations, that will put you above at least 50% of people right off the bat, and that's without even having to know anything or having credentials.

Think of a job you'd like to do or wouldn't mind doing, look at what advancement opportunities it has, then look at how you can get there.

It's really as simple as that. If you show enthusiasm in the subject, all you have to do is interview for an entry level position in it (to an extent, education will always be expected in white collar jobs, even if they plan on you eventually going to school. If they like you enough, they might even pay for it!!!). Once you have a job in it, learning becomes way easier.

The entire goal of my spiritual awakening was to find a job where I'm not doing some menial bullshit and being treated like an idiot (like in most unskilled, entry level jobs, that I was subject to for my entire work life). Most importantly , I wanted to LEARN useful things from my job, not just do it for a check. I literally got myself out of that situation by just going to school and opening my brain to learn skills that will get me a job where I can sit on my ass and do what I want.

I wasn't even sure it was gonna work. My morale was at an all time low. I was just throwing s*** at a wall to see what happens, and guess what? It's working!

You are already ahead of the curve OP and have adapted well to non-employment. Most people will be permanently unemployed in the coming years due to automation and AI and unfortunately for those people their minds will not be able to adapt to being replaced by a superior intelligence and will end up depressed and will end up committing suicide.
