my theater was dying when the kid was unintentionally roasting his gf, “what’s wrong with her face?” lmao
I know a girl who has allergies too where her face swells up
Let's see...I thought the human stuff worked really well, which is no surprise given Danny Boyle is back in the director's chair. The climactic moment was really touching, however I couldn't help but shake the thought of, "This kid didn't listen to what he was told and now his mom is dead because of it." At a certain point both him and his mom started to pmo a bit. They were almost too naive and incompetent.
As for the zombies, well, I've got some issues there. A lot of the lore of the movie just doesn't seem to fit with the previous two films. In 28 Weeks, all the infected starved to death in like 6 months but now they're still around 28 years later without much of an explanation? Unless I missed something. Is it just because of the new Rage virus that happens in the second film? Secondly, did this franchise really need different classes of zombies? It just doesn't feel congruous with the grounded world of the first film.
I actually forgot there's going to be a sequel soon to follow until f***ing Remmick showed up at the end with his band of zombie-fighting tracksuit ninjas. I'm pretty excited about that next movie now because it looks like it's going to be nuts.
Overall, I would say it's good, not great. Had a fun time. Unfortunately, it's starting to feel like it's the year of good, not great at the movies. I'm begging some more titles to join Sinners up there at the top.
Lmaooooooo nigga said Remmick
Boy stays having a cult with him tf going on?!

I enjoy the film, but I do think the trailers were better than the overall film. The film change midway was very unexpected and unique but it could’ve been better. The scenery and atmosphere was probably my favorite parts, especially when the Alpha was chasing the father and the son through the water & fog.
Also still not sure how I feel about that group at the end, they were interesting but I hope they transition away from that power ranger/goofy style.
this op been outta line fs
I can tell
Op is literally just the poster that it
No passion at all
I really liked most of it besides for when the infected gives birth to a real baby
and I don’t like the group at the end they seem a bit too weird
Horror is really in its bag this year, and we still got Weapons coming in August.
Weapons gonna be a top 5 movie this year I hope
