Yeah they are but Pac wasn’t the type of person to really give a second or third thought about a beat.
Unlike Biggie. They’re beat selections and processes are different.
yeah i can definitely see that, biggie has always seemed to be more of a production head especially based on stories we hear from premier and etc

Lol pac rapped on some ass beats every now and then
But if it's just down to skill level then the margin between them ain't that big as u making it seems
And biggie may have been more lyrically but pac delivery/voice is one of the best of all time and his songwriting is way better than big's
Biggie’s flow, delivery & voice is one of the best aswell.
Biggie is one of the best storytellers OAT
Biggie’s flow, lyricism, storytelling are all objectively better than Pac’s
Pac beats Biggie in his delivery.
Who makes better songs? Opinon based. I like both equally but y’all not gone sit here and say Pac is better than Big.
first it’s “he doesn’t sing” now it’s “ok one song”
don’t quote me again dog
I was wrong, I can admit that I overlooked a single song. He sings on one song, but that doesn't qualify for saying "he sings" as if he that's an aspect that makes him more diverse than Pac, especially considering he doesn't even sing well.

Flow is not objective. Biggie was smoother for sure, but Pac was harder and more raw. Can give you a different answer on that depending on the mood I'm in. Biggie better lyrically with rhyme schemes, but Pac wins on diversity of subject matters and depth.

Big only has his flow and lyricism over pac, pac had his voice, delivery, better content and songwriting
What I mean by songwriting is the ability to craft a song. And being able to convey the message clearly. Pac was better at that than big. It's what separates ye and jay.
I like Pac more than Big, but I think it's close and can accept someone elses opinion saying Big was better. That's cool they're legends.
But the people on Biggies side here are saying it aint close, that 2pac is one dimensional, and all this other disrespectful s***. That's the s*** I'm not down with.
Is this all 100% true tho?
I mean Pac never seemed like a liar but alot of the s*** he’s saying sounds like its coming from the mouth of someone whos bitter
If you listen to him he had every right to be bitter.
He let Biggie live with him, looked out for him and Junior Mafia when they were down, gave Biggie his first taste of spotlight, just for Big to jack his whole style and the whole East Coast to turn on him, sneak diss on songs but show love when the cameras are rolling while he was down.
Just from a Pac-Big standpoint I understand exactly why he was bitter. Pac has a history of overextending and looking out for people he loved that he knew didnt really fw him the same way before he became somebody.
Pac had issues with fake people before the Big stuff but he took his loyalty very seriously and I can't be mad at that. I would've thrown shots at Big just off the RTD s*** tbh.
Yea and Death Row went and picked up Jodeci and MJB on some spiteful s*** lol
That also confirms the Pac/Faith hookup.
Faith apparently went to LA with Misa Hylton (Puffy's BM, stylist for the stars). Misa was definitely fw Suge at the time and Faith was tired of Biggie cheating on her with Kim and I believe Charli also so she went with her.
The entire context makes it feel like Faith was gone do her thing with whoever, it just so happened Pac was the one she chose imo.
If y'all ever listen to Scarface's first three albums and then listen to Ready to Die you'll hear Biggie using Scarface's flow throughout most of it.
S***, it might be safe to say that the concept for Ready to Die actually came from Scarface's album The Diary.
I love Biggie, but once you learn more about Scarface, BIG looks a lil different in the light. As for Tupac, infact in regards to the West Coast for the most part, Houston played a pivotal role in the development of the sound that Tupac and even Ice Cube were on.
they always make fun of us in the south but we rlly lay the foundation

Biggies flow doesnt sound like scarfaces at all. Biggie dont even sound like scarface stop talking stick to cudi lyricism ain't for u
If Pac was alive mfs would be saying bullshit like “rent free” the way he used to talk about others lol
Biggie was always on some hoe s*** and it reflected on the music never had the heart PAC had

When you seen Big on some ho s***? he always ignored the beef lol

He wrote the blueprint for tekashi69
are you f***ing slow?
!https://youtu.be/tHcc6mv2KLcthis is how i know you niggas be pump faking on this hip hop s*** lol, do your research and come back to me when you’re ready to accept Biggie was better than PAC in every single facet, from rapping, from flow, from rhyme scheme, from versatility, from cadence, versatility and discography dumbass
I strongly disagree especially with the statement of thinking that people are “capping” with this hip hop s***
