U don't stay relevant forever, times change, especially in hip hop. Wouldn't exactly call it the worst fall off just a natural decline.
Where's Fetty Wap now?
Listen to this bro
If 50 tries he can do it
!https://youtu.be/ggzybN0pa7YIf you truly listen 50's newer s*** it's still good he just doesn't try to sell it and market it like before
He wanted to do something other then music for the second part of his life plus if anyone wanted him a show he still would cost a crazy amount to book....read his book
maybe in terms of releasing music but he's still a very well-known name
his last few singles were pretty s*** though, especially that one with eminem and adam levine
Obviously he’s still hot, but through tv and social media, but when was the last time you listened to a full 50 Cent project? Or when was the last time he even put out a good project? GRODT is a certified classic, and the Massacre has some bangers but he hasn’t been hot musically in 15 years
Give me an example of a bigger fall off; he went from an international superstar, the biggest thing in rap, to his new releases not even making a peep :
technically it was Michael jackson
how do you from this
to this trash
OP doesn’t know what a fall off is
Music wise it’s undeniable bro, after the massacre

I mean...it's not like 50 was an elite rapper to begin with.
He's got a classic album and classic songs throughout his career but his music didn't really change as much as people think. He just got cheap with his beat selection, lazy with his hooks, and people grew tired of his subject matter post 07.
That said, Before I Self Destruct is legit better than Curtis and the Kanan Tape is better than AA so I can't co-sign this thread.
They’re gonna claim “he chose to leave music” and “it was a hobby for him” like he didn’t try to comeback like 4 times after he fell off in 2007 lmao.
He had an amazing peak, but yeah, overall outside his debut album he lacks importance. One of the most nostalgia fueled artists ever.
90% of the people who ride for him don’t even f*** with majority of his music after the two albums. It’s the nostalgia from his peak.
Kanye ended his music career
He didn't end his career at all. The culture just shifted with that album battle.
He just doesnt care anymore
''anymore''
man made candy shop then barely made good songs after
Street King Immortal coming Summer 2011

''anymore''
man made candy shop then barely made good songs after
Since we're speaking prior "candy shop"
i get money
ayo technology
straight to the bank
i'll still kill
I can tell you don't actually listen to thim
Nigga's impact was so big that people overseas still ride hard for him.
There's some music videos of his where you legit have to look hard for an English comment...lol.
And I remember finding out a random stat in Taiwan that "Candy Shop" is a top five most played song on Taiwanese hip hop radio in 2020...lmao.

I’m talkin music career
Obviously not 50 cents whole career
