If you saw a schizophrenic person living underneath a bridge you wouldn’t think “must be nice”. The same logic applies to depression. The only reason people some people don’t see it that way is because a lot of depressed people pass for “normal”

There are a lot of niggas in the hood that just “bum around” all day and depend entirely on other people to life and I’d guess that a least a fair portion of them are probably depressed. Ideas like 50’s are why those issues never get addressed
