It’s no exaggeration when I say that was one of the best battles ever filmed of anything media
Wow
gotta watch this
Agreed, I wanted to see some more of the fight from the other's perspectives
unfortunately breaks the rule of POV, the squire ep being the only exception. There may have been creative ways to circumvent..

You won’t be disappointed, it’s genuinely a good show with excellent dialogue
caught up to the last ep, this s*** hard
1st ep felt more like a comedy than typical GOT drama
that had to be intentional, the got theme at the start of the episode was interrupted by the projectile s***s coming from dunks arse
I like how much more a lighthearted vibe this show is even though we still get the explicit scenery in classic GOT fashion
Explaining to someone that this is like if Channing Tatum starred in A Knight's Tale but looked a little more like Robert Redford.

Not sure what you mean. They show the jousts from many POVs. But this whole episode is about the main character as it relates to his past. I imagine the next episode will at least backtrack to the other important part of that showdown.

to not belabor the point, this:

besides the episode The Squire where POV is deliberately shifted to Egg in the opening scene, they are pretty faithful in depicting only what a dunk experiences (if not outright seeing). They can for sure show flashbacks if raymun, lyonel, egg, etc recounts something to dunk and he imagines it like egg does when he meets Ser Robyn.

So Dunk was there when Sir Arlan was pissing with his giant d***? Interesting
You actually do see the mace hit that crushed Baelor's helm in the background. So maybe they won't bother.
Fandoms are ridiculous
This whole thing is so cringe lmao all this over IMDb ratings

Not true at all, all episodes have scenes without sunk in it including when the targarian prince saw the girl doing the dragon and knight play, same for scenes of the targarians discussing dunk etc
This is dunk focused but NOT pov

Wow
