im going through a lot of s*** w self hatred cuz tbh i sort of deserve it to an extent but listening to your stuff makes me wanna get to the other side of it

I still struggle with those s***s to this day (hell, I was making progress and just started having therapy sessions for the first time in 25 years right before covid said "fuck improving your life nigga we cancelling ALL DAT lol" )
It will get better, even if you feel you deserve the worst. Know it does eventually get better.
