Impossible

This movie is quite special and a landmark (imo) in movie making. It offers a really fresh take on immigrant life in America. As a first generation immigrant I found myself wanting to cry at the end just because of how emotionally deep it truly was.

Just the sheer scope the director had for this movie and somehow executed almost perfectly is f***ing insane.

The ending was my favourite when they go to the IRS and they kiss, it was really beautiful, especially since you never see parents like that ever show love in public it was really sweet.

Also the Fallen Angel part was really nice too.

There were flaws but I just “felt” this movie so it didn’t really bother me to the point it ruined the experience in any way.

This movie doesn’t get credit for how many subtle and obvious references to cinema it included. A true love letter to Hollywood

There’s some loud ass, emotional, visual, ‘attack on the senses’ moments that won’t hit as much if you’re not in the theatre
