This was very good, loved the performances. Also very well shot. The story itself is okay but it’s really just a tool to push these great performances forward. Colman was incredible as always. I had forgotten by the time I sat to watch that some of the people were portraying themselves, I would’ve had no idea cause they manage to fit in perfectly.

Damn o wonder if they’re even gonna give it the awards push it was expected to have or will it be getting the Iron Claw treatment

As of this past week it was still considered the frontrunner by many awards prognosticators so I don’t see why they wouldn’t push it. I do think its reputation is tumbling a bit tho.

Can’t really compare it to The Iron Claw which came out towards the end of the season and wasn’t expected to do anything to begin with until people realized “wait a minute, this is actually really good!”

Finally got to see this! Wow was it worth the wait. My absolute favorite in 2024 and immediately one of my favorites ever. So special and so beautiful

I don't really even know how to articulate what a feat this film is. One of the greatest ensembles I've ever seen

This was a damn good movie. Finally got to watch. Super simple plot, complex characters, a lot of heart.
