This was good, I just thought the narration sucked. They explained too much instead of just letting the visuals do the talking like its influences (2001, Solaris) did so well.

Man, I did not expect this movie to have a f***ing moon battle.

By far the coolest part of the movie.

I was straight up like “Is this happening? Is this ACTUALLY happening? Are we having a motherfucking MOON BATTLE?”

Like goddamn, based off of the bits that I’d seen from trailers and the general consensus, that was the last thing I expected to happen.

Pitt killed it in this, story was a bit meh

It's that sad, but also beautiful feeling of lonliness that we experience with Pitt up there in space mixed with beautiful visuals and the fitting score by Max Richter.

that's probably a huge part of it man. movie is tailor made for this pandemic lol
