Rewire just released both of his sets from 2019 as free downloads

I was at the Free 2 Move show, s*** was insaaane tbh listening now it seems like some of it was an early version of the A.A.L NTS Mix and that is in some respects a more fleshed out version of it, but it's still so tight to have this. He did play much more from 2017-2019 tho while in the NTS Mix it was mostly even newer material..

Legit had Fantasy stuck in my head for days after first hearing it it's crazy how he actually played most of the new A.A.L material that night, s*** was legendary.

    Nice

Other set was under the name "Nico & Group" and probably more in the direction of Cenizas and other more ambient/experimental stuff he released last year. Didn't get to see this one (visited a David Lynch painting exhibition and Blue Velvet screening in Maastricht instead :perv: so I'm hype to be able to check it out now

was the lynch show any good? any new stuff that wasn't in the art life?

yeah it was pretty great, I'm biased because Lynch is like my fav film director but it was one of the coolest art exhibitions I've seen, and honestly topped my expectations.

It was apparently the largest exhibition yet of his work. Going back from early sketches and photography to matchboxes he painted on to the huge paintings he's most famous for (if you can call his paintings famous). The Art Life was just a glimpses of it really. Plus so much of his work is very sculptural which is much more impressive in person. Def highly recommend catching a show if you get the chance.

Nope we still don't even know where any tracks end yet or any names afaik... Which tbh I'm not even mad about the mix is best experienced as one piece anyway

Oh for sure, you said it best calling it "deconstructed club madness". It's an absolute magical trip of a mix, that 19:45-24:00 lapse is otherworldly.

Oh man I had no idea, it’s listed under “Various Artists” for some reason, I’m so hyped right now - thank you!

Yeah definitely flew under the radar sadly. Had posted about it in the other Jaar threar. Really is a beautiful soundtrack. And essentially a whole new album from his in its own right.
