Sunny SunF***ing insane, they chased him and tried to arrest him, he resisted for his OWN SELF DEFENSE, then they KILLED him
Apparently this case is OVER 2 MONTHS OLD, the men haven't been arrested

They did let them go. This was 2 months ago. I guess the small town was tryna keep it under the radar/secretive. And the day I made this thread was the day I guess the footage leaked. They had all this information and were tryna let it slide until it got all this attention. Literal f***in s*** town 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

Man don’t get my words twisted I think this was murder as I stated.
But circumstances effect the charges that might be filed, circumstances effect the sentencing if convicted. If that was the case (which I assume it was not) you would be naive to think it changes absolutely nothing. I’m just saying they should be charged and have to put their story in front of a Judge and jury

It literally shouldn’t, but apparently it did hold up since this took place over 2 months ago and they let them free, only reason the town is now bringing it back up is probably cuz the video surfaced (which they already had) to the masses and are getting backlash from it
