Anyone suggesting there won't be lawsuits resulting from this AI madness are being dumb. UMG has already gotten to work on behalf of every artist it has associations with. How do you fake the likeness and identity of someone and think there won't be any repercussions?

Anyone making fake AI songs should make a character that they boldly state is AI and then create music using that character that doesn't copy someone else's style, if they think they're that creative.

See, it's easy to mimick/create a fake from an original entity. Tell them to create an Identity from scratch and all that genius goes out the window.

I don't rock with ANY of this AI s***. I think it's stupid and wack and it's very dangerous potentially. We already have a society of idiots who believe anything they see and are easily manipulated. S*** like this will only spread more misinformation and further damage society.

This is no different from samples, covers and remixes.

Those misrepresenting or selling AI songs or commissions will get shut down.

You will either have to strike a deal with the source(s) or do it completely free whole stressing that it is fully AI crrative work with no involvement of said original source(s).

That’s a closet fan for you.. you can’t deny Drake’s voice as long as it’s hard to tell the difference between ai and his voice. Like there are a few Drake ai covers I don’t rock with. Thanks man… This is the first time I’m saying is, I’m kind of not in the mood to not drop the project anymore… This AI thing is getting so much backlash that I’ve kind of been like f*** it… I’m dropping a single today, though… I may still put out a mixtape by Friday. I don’t know, if I do is definitely going to have some of the AR songs that have been put out by others lol

There can never be a lawsuit for anything that I’m not selling at all… Everything on the Internet just stays as a made up material unless it, it being the original product was already for sale…… At this point everybody’s just mad because this s*** is happening and they don’t know what to do with it… But no lawsuits are coming

And this is how it always starts out. People using AI to do fun stuff and act like there isn't a much darker side to manipulating people into believing someone who didn't say/do something actually said/did said thing.

It seems harmless now because it's still easy to tell what's an AI song from a real song but those lines will only get blurred as time passes and then what? Also, no artist will be okay with this AI s***. None. It keeps money out of their pockets and it makes a joke of the careers they've worked hard to build because some clown in a room somewhere thinks all it takes to being an artist is manipulating voices over weird beats.

I give it, worst case, till the end of the year before all the major labels come together and force the US government to make a bill protecting against s*** like this. This s*** is very dangerous.
