BrandonMI always hate the term "pilot" error when they use that. Even if it's technically true, I prefer when they use "human" error just to indicate that the pilots are human too. Obviously it's not something they can just apologize for but it's still worth mentioning.

He listened to the audio logs, the air traffic controls got the visual separation confirmation and told the helicopter pilot about the air traffic 3 times, this is not on the air traffic controller it's on the pilot of the Blackhawk.”
